Éric Delorme brings over 30 years of experience in mining operations, asset management, and performance optimization. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions in major industrial and mining organizations, successfully driving large-scale initiatives in asset reliability improvement, life-cycle cost optimization, and capital planning.

As Director of Asset Optimization for North America at Ausenco, Éric led and audited asset-management and operational-readiness programs across numerous gold and iron-ore operations, supporting companies such as IAMGOLD, Agnico Eagle, and other Tier 1 miners.

His audits and improvement programs focused on aligning corporate asset strategies with site-level execution, implementing mine-site best practices, and ensuring readiness through the commissioning and ramp-up phases. Éric is recognized for bridging the gap between engineering design intent and operational performance.

His ISO 55000-aligned methodologies and pragmatic, data-driven approach enable organizations to achieve measurable performance gains while embedding sustainable governance and continuous-improvement frameworks.

As a core member of the Systemex team, Éric leads asset-management and operational-readiness assessments, helping clients establish clear strategies, governance structures, and performance systems that deliver lasting results across the full mine lifecycle.
