A geologist, mining and geotechnical engineer, Arlaud is an expert in mass-mining operations and project execution, having delivered project recoveries across multiple continents with net present value improvements of up to $6.6 billion. She advises on M&A, transactions, divestments and operational risk, and is a member of NACD and Canada’s Institute of Corporate Directors.

His career achievements include industry awards, an Honorary Doctorate from Laurentian University, and a legacy of mentoring mining leaders. Today, he continues to advance critical mineral exploration in Ontario’s Ring of Fire.
