CPS 2026 Student Grant Program

The Management & Economics Society of CIM (MES) is pleased to support six students with grants covering their registration fees for the Capital Projects Symposium (CPS) 2026, taking place in Toronto.

This opportunity will allow students to deepen their understanding of capital projects, connect with industry leaders, and explore perspectives that can help shape their academic and professional futures.

Selected students notified
October 23, 2026
CPS 2026 — attendance required on both days
November 9–10, 2026

How to apply

1. Record a short video

Introduce yourself in a video of no more than three minutes and answer these questions:

  • What is your field of study?

  • Why are you interested in attending CPS 2026?

  • What do you hope to learn or gain from the experience?

  • How would you share what you learn with others after the symposium?

  • What unique perspective or background would you bring?

In your video, also confirm that you:

  • Are available to attend both November 9 and 10, 2026.

  • Commit to sharing a highlight of your CPS experience in a LinkedIn post.

2. Email your application

Send your video to Marie Tota at mtota@cim.org and include:

  • Full name

  • School or university

  • Degree or program of study

  • Email address

Bring your perspective to CPS

Tell us what you hope to learn and how you would share it with others. Submit your video by October 16, 2026 to be considered for one of six student grants.
